Step 01
Your old shoes can tell a story. The fit, wear pattern, and mid-sole compression give us valuable information that helps determine which features worked for you - or possibly caused problems.

Step 02
Our staff will ask about your weekly mileage, long-term training goals, typical running surface, and history of injury or foot problems. We examine foot shape, width, and arch height on our state-of-the-art foot scanner, and perform a gait review to accurately recommend the proper footwear category for your degree of pronation and specific usage.

Step 03
Once we've determined the characteristics of your feet, we recommend a footwear category - for day-to-day training, Neutral or Stability. We explain how the features in each shoe benefit your foot type, account for sizing differences between brands, and pull a variety of models from several manufacturers so you can compare and find the pair that truly fits.

Step 04
Finally, test the shoes on our treadmill or with a trip around the store. Test runs help you feel the cushion, support, and sizing - the only way to feel the transition from heel strike through toe-off. Your running shoes should feel like an extension of your foot. After that, you're ready to enjoy your new shoes!
